By placing an order through Reliefsweb.com you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic USA countries & international countries.
- 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We ,Reliefsweb offer a 30 Day Money back Guarantee on all products.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for products that have been broken. (unless arrived broken). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you purchase more than one unit the rest need to be unopened for a full refund. If they were opened then only a partial refund of 40% will be given for the additional opened units. (1st one will get a full refund). If a customer purchases one then even if it is opened it will be eligible for a full refund. *Items past the 30 day may not be refunded

- CANCELLATIONS/ ADDRESS CHANGE
Orders can not be canceled or changed after 24 hours as we normally ship out within 1-2 business days. To cancel your order or change your address, please send us an email within 24 hours and we will cancel the order or change the details and issue you a full refund to which you should receive a refund email and see a statement on your bank account within 1-2 business days.

- REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to appear in your bank statement.
No refunds are made from delayed or longer-than-expected shipping as this is an issue that is not controllable on our end.

- DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact us through email first. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at contact@reliefsweb.com
- RESTOCKING FEE
No restocking fee will be charged at the moment
- Lost or stolen packages
Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at the checkout prior to completing your order, as customer input error may result in you not receiving your product(s)
We won't be responsible for failed delivery due to an incorrect delivery address.
- Shipping:
- We utilize the address provided in Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and PayPal for shipping, so please ensure that the information is accurate. If an order is returned, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
- You are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning any item.
- The cost of return shipping is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
- The time it takes for a replacement or exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, no refund or exchange will be available.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that all items will be delivered within the suggested time frame, although we strive to do so. Therefore, a late delivery cannot be used as a reason for a refund request. Coupons can only be applied to new orders, not to any order that has already been placed.
- Refund Procedure:

Upon receiving the returned item and ensuring it meets our return criteria, we will process a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 1-3 business days to reflect on your account.
